20 Week Pregnancy Update

Date:  June 23, 2018

How Far Along:  20 Weeks, Halfway there!
How Big is the Baby:  mango, guinea pig, or pancake
How I’m Changing:  I’ve really started to pop out and I think that people that I don’t know can tell I’m pregnant now.
How I’m Feeling:  I’ve been feeling great this whole entire pregnancy.  There were only a couple days where I felt sick.
How I've Been Sleeping:  really well, but I sleep in way too much
What I’m Eating:  the same as I normally eat.  I’ve been trying to eat a lot of salads though.
Food Cravings/Aversions:  peanut butter and bananas, and sweets
Weight Gain/Loss:  15 pounds
Movement:  I’ve started feeling him move!  I first started feeling him move about two weeks ago.
Pregnancy Symptoms:  using the bathroom more often, my left eye has been twitching, it’s getting harder to get up and down and out of bed
What I Miss:  I kind of miss not being pregnant, but it’s also fun being pregnant.
Stretch Marks:  I haven’t gotten any so far.
Belly Button:  the same
Wedding Rings:  I tried putting on my wedding rings today, and they were harder to put on, probably due to the temperature outside though.
Labor Signs:  none
Milestones:  making it halfway through the pregnancy
Best Moment This Week:  my husband going through his things to donate or sell
Upcoming Appointments/Events: I have a doctor’s appointment July 3, and the anatomy scan July 9.
What I look forward to:  the anatomy scan
Weekly Wisdom:  Do little things everyday starting at the beginning of your pregnancy when it comes to organizing your house and getting things ready for the baby.  This will help relieve a lot of your stress so that at the end of your pregnancy, you won’t have as much stuff to do all at one time.
