First Trimester Must-Haves

Date:  June 23, 2018 

1.    Ice Bag Pack (Reusable Hot & Cold Pack) for headaches
2.    Water or Gatorade to stay hydrated
3.    Water Bottle (I use the Pogo BPA-Free Plastic Water Bottle with Chug Lid, 40 oz.)
4.    Healthy Snacks (I try to eat fruit, vegetables, and green smoothies.)
5.    Prenatal Vitamins (I take Rainbow Light - Prenatal One Multivitamins.)
6.    Vitamin B-6 (I take Nature Made Vitamin B-6 100mg, Tablets.  My doctor recommended I take 100mg of vitamin B-6 for PMS and said to continue taking it during pregnancy.)
7.    Stretch mark cream (I use Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Lotion and Oil, and Bio-Oil.)
8.    Pregnancy safe nail polish (I use Knocked Up Nails Nail Polish.)
9.    Camera or phone to take bump shot pictures
10. Bump shot cards, stickers or a t-shirt for pictures
11. Comfortable bras
12. Maternity clothes
13. Baby name books (The Baby Name Wizard- Laura Wattenberg,American Baby Boys Name Book- Mahesh Sharma, Baby Names for Boys- James Dalby)
14. Baby name list (My husband and I have a shared list on our phones.)
15. Pregnancy books (What to Expect When You Are Expecting- Heidi Murkoff, and Sharon Mazel, Your Pregnancy and Childbirth Month to Month- The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, The Expectant Father- Armin Brott, and Jennifer Ash, 
16. Pregnancy journal (My Pregnancy: From Bump to Baby and Everything in Between -Editors of Publications International Ltd. And New Seasons)
17. Pregnancy calendar (The Pregnancy Calendar: Your 40-Guide to Prenatal Care and Fetal Development- Marion Jones, Julie Linden, and Beth Rumbach)
18. Making pregnancy videos to look back on 
19. Pregnancy apps (I use Pregnancy+.)
20. Baby registry (We registered at Target and Amazon.)
